A licensed cannabis dispensary
Qube holds New York adult-use conditional retail dispensary license OCM-CAURD-24-000127 from the Office of Cannabis Management. Only licensed stores can sell cannabis in New York. Qube is on the state's list of licensed adult-use dispensaries, and you can check any store there before you buy.
Every cannabis product sold here has passed state-required lab testing, and its label carries a QR code or bar code that links to its certificate of analysis.
Walking over from Times Square
From the 42nd Street end of the square, walk south on Broadway for three blocks, and Qube is on the corner at 39th Street, about four minutes on foot. By subway, Times Sq-42 St (1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S, and the W on weekdays) puts you at the top of that walk, and 34 St-Herald Sq is five blocks south of the store on Broadway.

New to buying cannabis?
Adults 21 and older can buy at a licensed adult-use dispensary with a valid government photo ID, such as a passport, or a U.S. driver's license or state ID. Visiting from another country? Bring your passport, since most foreign driver's licenses are not accepted. You do not need a medical card.
