Their 34 St-Penn Station stop is on Seventh Avenue, so you are already on the route. Walking beats riding one stop to Times Square and backtracking three blocks.
Before your next train
Penn Station serves Amtrak, and Amtrak bans carrying or using cannabis in any form, even in states where it is legal. So a purchase that is legal in New York cannot ride with you on an Amtrak train. Smoking and vaping are banned throughout the station.

How long is the walk with luggage?
Twelve to fifteen minutes with a rolling bag. Seventh Avenue has wide sidewalks, but they pack up at rush hour, so leave a few extra minutes then.
Can I take what I buy on Amtrak?
No. Amtrak's policy bans cannabis on board, and that holds even when the purchase was legal in New York.
My train gets in early. When can I stop by?
Qube opens at 8AM every day, weekends included.
What about Moynihan Train Hall?
