How delivery works around the square
Build the order on the live menu and enter the street address where you will be. Checkout shows whether it qualifies, the delivery window and any minimum. The driver hands it only to the person named on the order, after checking their valid government photo ID in person.

Times Square delivery questions
Updated
Can I get delivery to the middle of Times Square?
No. Orders go to a street address where you can meet the driver, not to the plazas, the red steps or a street corner.
Why does the window change at night?
Show traffic. Around curtain time and when the theaters let out, the streets near the square slow down.
Is pickup faster?
Often. It is about four minutes on foot.
